Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website, kedavo.com.au. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, published with that product and linked from its app store listing.

What this website collects

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We use it to answer you.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and there is no account to create here.

Who else sees it

Our website is hosted by Google (Firebase Hosting), and email sent to us is handled by Google Workspace. Both operate servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of it. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Access, correction and deletion

Email us at hello@kedavo.com.au to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will ask you to confirm your identity and respond within 30 days. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why. For product accounts, see Data Deletion.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email us and we will respond. If our response does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
